Virtual Networking Breakfast - Crunching Numbers

Join Matt Bird (Senior Royalty Analyst, White Sky) for a discussion about music industry data analysis, specifically the practical side.

Everyone has told you that data is king … but why? What can you take from data analytics to apply to your own business? By its nature, data analytics is looking at things that have already happened. In this Networking Breakfast, we’ll look at how budgets and past sales performance can be used to plan for your next release, and also dive into some record deal modelling, to see how all the numbers really stack up. This presentation will apply to artists and managers in a practical sense, but the learnings can also be applied more broadly across the music industry.
