Next VMDO Virtual Networking Breakfasts Explores Tools for Resilience

Published 18 August, 2020

We're excited to announce our next edition of VMDO Virtual Networking Breakfasts - Tools for Resilience.

This month, we'll be talking bout the concept of resilience, which is particularly important to all Victorians during this time of upheaval. This month's topic is presented in collaboration with Support Act

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from problems and setbacks. It’s not about feeling good about bad situations but our capacity to rebound and adapt to life's challenges. Resilience is understanding why we feel the way we do and developing strategies to deal with unplanned situations more effectively.

Resilience is the ability to cope when things go wrong.

We'll be hearing from a range of music industry and mental health representatives about how they've cultivated resilience in their working lives, in the face of COVID-19. The discussion will be moderated by Viv Fantin, Next Act Coaching
