As part of the VMDO’s Experts in Residence program, we are connecting eligible applicants to grant writing & assessment expert Chelsea Wilson.

Chelsea is an award-winning musician, broadcaster and producer as well as a grants consultant and assessor for organisations such as Creative Victoria, APRA AMCOS, PPCA, Australia Council, The Australian Music Centre, The Contemporary Music Office for the Arts and is a juror for the Australian Women in Music Awards.
