Virtual Networking Breakfast addresses social media trends during COVID-19 crises
Published 29 April, 2020
On Wednesday 13 May, Leesa Snider (Achord Agency) and Paige X. Cho (Bolster) will be speaking about social media trends during the COVID-19 crises.
COVID-19 has had both a huge impact on the entertainment industry, including how social media is being used by audiences, and what success (realistically) looks like in the current climate. This virtual networking breakfast will go through shifts in social media use and media consumption during the pandemic through the lens of the music industry, and offer practical tips for how music businesses and artists can pivot to keep engaging with their audience and drive outcomes.
Please ensure you register in order to secure your spot. The Zoom video conference link is contained within your ticket, which you'll be able to access once your registration has been completed. We'd like to encourage you to join us at 9.00am sharp. To begin with, the VMDO team will be taking participants through the new format for VMDO Virtual Networking Breakfasts, which will be as close to the in-person format as possible. You'll have the chance to interact and ask the speakers questions, as well as network with your peers in Zoom breakout rooms before and after the presentation.
